Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complaint about the tablet (Model HP Slate Plus) I ordered from your company two weeks ago.
To begin whit, the gadget was not properly packed. When I received it, I was shocked to find the box, torn and dirty, although I had been told that all parcels were well packaged. Consequently the screen was broken. Moreover, I was extremely annoyed to discover that the device sent to me was not the one I ordered. Despite ordering the MODEL HP SLATE PLUS, I received the SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 3.
Finally, when I telephoned to inform them of their mistake, the staff was very rude and impolite, which surprised me.
I am very disappointed indeed. I would like a full refund for the cost of the tablet, or I shall be forced to take legal actions.
