Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the cooking course I attended last February from 15 to 19. I am very disappointed with the experience I had with your cooking school.
Firstly, classes were extremely hard; we were 15 instead of 8 people. We started from 9 to 14.30 and we only had 15 minutes for a break. Besides, teachers were unhelpful if you have a doubt they did not explain it again. What is more, in the advert it was said “We cooked all kind of food” but we only cooked pasta and meat. It was boring and annoying.
Furthermore, kitchen utensils were dirty and they did not work properly. For instance a blender, we could not use it, instead of that we had to beat with whish. In addition, we had to buy a kitchen apron, because they did not provide them.
Although the course could seem interesting and useful, however, I spent a lot of money because of the high fees and the bus tickets, due to the location of the cooking school, which was far away from de city centre.
I would like the full refund for the cost of the course. I expect to hear from you as soon as possible.
